At Popoki Pals Hawaii, we believe that the way forward is guided by the values that have shaped Hawaiʻi for generations — aloha, mālama, and kuleana. We mālama the popoki in our care by providing food, compassion, and humane Trap–Neuter–Return services that help create healthier, more stable colonies.

Our Mission

Our mission is to uplift the lives of Oʻahu’s feral cats while supporting a respectful, sustainable relationship between people, wildlife, and the environment. By working together as a community, we can create a future where every being — human, native creature, and popoki alike — is treated with dignity and aloha.

Our Kuleana

Through this work, we honor our kuleana to protect both the animals who depend on us and the native species that share our ʻāina. We believe that caring for feral cats and protecting our island's unique ecosystem go hand in hand.
